We spent this week improving the platform and fixing bugs.

Improvements

Claude Enterprise Can now connect with one scoped organization key instead of two, with spend limits reading through that same key instead of needing a separate Console admin key, and clearer errors when a scope is missing.
Integrations Links in connector setup help are now clickable.
Devices Devices deleted from your MDM are now caught the next night instead of after a week, and unassigned from their employee.
Employees With an identity provider connected, people it doesn’t list no longer count as active.

Devices Fixed lost, in repair, pending return, locked and legal-hold devices resetting to “Awaiting enrollment” after leaving the MDM.
Okta Fixed people deprovisioned and deleted in Okta staying active because another identity provider listed them.
Slack Fixed reports sent to June users by direct message being blocked or cut short.
Claude Enterprise Fixed daily syncs always ending as partially complete.
Integrations Fixed Jira ticket updates, and Okta and Google sign-in events, sometimes being dropped when two arrived at once.
App Fixed live updates stopping after a tab sat idle.
