Knowledge base
Your answers already exist somewhere in Confluence or Drive, but the people asking can’t find them, so they ask IT instead. Half the time the real answer is just in one person’s head. Questions the docs already cover still land as tickets, and an answer you can’t trace to a source isn’t one you can trust.
Now you connect your docs so June answers from them, only shows each person what they could already open, and tells you where the answer came from.

Citations

Renewal tracking
To manage a renewal, you open the contract, find the end date, try to remember the notice clause, and count backwards from there. Deadlines sneak up on you anyway, and you’re committed again before you’ve had time to review whether you still need it. Now you set each contract’s renewal status, including In review, and record why one was rejected: replace, terminate or consolidate. Every status shows who set it and when, with a note left on the contract.
- The application overview shows renewal date, renewal status, notice deadline, auto-renew and idle seat cost.
- The Contracts page shows renewal status and filters by it.
