Ask June
Answering a basic question or doing routine IT work means hopping between tools. If it’s something you do every week, you’re redoing it by hand every week too. Simple questions eat tab time, and the recurring stuff just stays on your plate instead of running on its own.
Now Ask June is one home for all of it: ask about people, devices, software and spend in one conversation, and turn the repeat work into a runbook that keeps running after you close the tab.
Chat everywhere
A full-page chat and a docked panel share one conversation. Attach files to a message. Ask June on asset, employee and software pages, in the context of the record you are viewing.
Reports and background work
Reports in chat show charts and metric reports that are still there after a reload. Background tasks keep running and finish after you leave the page, and task history can be filtered by source and state.
Runbooks, rebuilt
Write a runbook in plain language in a new editor, and run it manually, on a schedule, or when an employee request comes in. Ask June can find a saved runbook and follow it in the conversation. Quick Starts cover common jobs, such as devices missing check-in and non-compliant devices.
Reachouts and employee requests
June messages employees and waits for their replies. When an employee asks June for help in Slack and June can’t resolve it, the conversation hands off to a request in the Requests inbox.
