Improvements and fixes

We spent this week improving the platform and fixing bugs.

Improvements

Okta Can now deactivate, suspend, unsuspend, unlock and restore Okta users from June, with your approval.
Jamf Devices in a Jamf prestage that have not enrolled now show as “Awaiting enrollment” instead of having no status.
Employees Added an Identities section to the employee overview, listing each connected account with its provider, active or removed status, last updated time and what that source reports.
Employees Show alternate email addresses on the employee overview.
Employees Added an “Unknown” status filter for people known only from a device, and the employee list now shows all statuses by default.
Empty states Added one consistent empty state across employee, asset, product, group, department and location lists.

Employee data Fixed job titles and other fields flipping daily when Jamf or Kandji disagreed with the identity provider.
Sessions Fixed expired sessions reconnecting with an old sign-in.
Jira Fixed ticket reporters sometimes matched to the wrong employee; now exact email or name only.
Firstbase Fixed people with duplicate Firstbase records being skipped every sync.
