Onboarding and offboarding signals

Getting someone onboarded or offboarded touches devices, shipping and access, and each one lives in a different tool. A device warning might not show up until after their first day, and a departure can go quiet for two weeks before anyone notices a laptop never came back. You’re stitching the status together yourself, and something like an unreturned laptop sits unflagged for weeks.

Now you see each joiner or leaver as one signal, with their devices, shipments, returns and access together.

Procurement

A Procurement card shows device orders, shipment tracking, and return orders from Firstbase.

Devices and access

The signal shows the person’s assigned devices and their access: identity status, last sign-in, applications and groups.
