You ask a general AI tool something that depends on how your company actually works, like who approves access to a given app, and it has no idea. You end up re-explaining your own policies in the prompt every time. That’s the same house rules typed in over and over, and you still have to check and fix the answer because it never actually learned them.

Now admins write those rules once on a new Context page, and June applies them across every chat and request, so its answers follow how your company actually works instead of generic defaults.
